Select the capacity that fits your users and software. Every plan includes managed initial setup, Windows Server Standard, the stated number of RDS User CALs, daily backups and one dedicated public IPv4 address.
Prices and taxes: All plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars, and the displayed price includes sales tax. Your order summary will show the applicable GST/HST and any provincial sales tax based on your billing address.
Business-grade compute, fast storage and controlled remote access for multi-user Windows environments.
NVMe storage keeps files, desktop applications and database operations responsive, including when several employees are working through Remote Desktop at the same time.
Your VPS runs on a clustered platform designed to support planned maintenance and recovery from physical host failures without relying on a single server.
Intel Xeon Gold processing and ECC memory provide stable resources for concurrent Remote Desktop sessions, shared software and routine database workloads.
Firewall rules and VPN connectivity can restrict server access to approved users, offices and devices. Each employee receives an individual account.
Active Directory users and groups make it easier to control who can sign in and which applications, folders and administrative tools each person can use.
Our team supports the VPS platform, Remote Desktop access, network configuration and resource changes. Application-specific support is assessed separately.
We deliver the core Windows environment your team needs, with the initial configuration completed for you.
We install and configure Windows Server, enable Remote Desktop Services and prepare the server for the users and locations defined during onboarding.
Windows Server Standard and the stated number of RDS User CALs are included in each plan. Microsoft SQL Server can be added when your application requires it.
Automated backups run daily and are retained for 14 days. Restore requests are handled through technical support when a file, application or system recovery is required.
We configure the initial firewall and VPN settings for the agreed access model, helping your employees and administrators connect through approved routes.
We prepare Windows roles and services for compatible accounting, ERP, CRM and database software. Third-party licences and installation media remain the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
CPU, memory and storage can be reviewed as your user count and workload change. We will recommend a larger plan when the existing allocation is no longer appropriate.
Before handover, we configure the core server environment for your users, applications and access requirements. That includes Windows Server, Remote Desktop Services, Active Directory, VPN connectivity and the backup schedule.
Your application must be compatible with the selected Windows Server version. If it requires Microsoft SQL Server, we can include the appropriate edition and licensing model after reviewing the workload. Compatibility and licensing responsibilities for other third-party software are confirmed during onboarding.
Choose Windows Server 2022 or 2025 Standard, subject to application compatibility. The operating system licence is included in the monthly plan.
X1 includes 3 RDS User CALs, X2 includes 5, and X3 and X4 each include 10. Contact us before ordering if more users require access.
Individual accounts and security groups define who can sign in and which shared folders, applications and administrative functions they can access.
When your software depends on SQL Server, we review the application, database workload and user requirements, then include the appropriate edition and licensing model in the deployment.
We complete the initial server configuration required for user access, network connectivity, backups and compatible business applications.
The exact scope and delivery schedule are confirmed after we review your users, locations, software and any existing IT environment.
We create the agreed user accounts and groups, then assign permissions for Remote Desktop, applications and shared folders.
We configure the initial network rules and VPN connections required for approved users, offices and administrator access.
Daily backups with 14-day retention are enabled as part of the service. Recovery requests are submitted to technical support.
We enable the Windows roles and services required by compatible software. Application installation is agreed during onboarding.
Start with the number of employees who will be connected at the same time. Then consider the software vendor’s CPU, memory, storage and database requirements, together with expected data growth.
If you are unsure which plan fits, contact us before ordering. We can review the workload and confirm whether a standard RDS plan is suitable.
