A SCOPE TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS

From analysis to everyday action.

  • Resource inventory
  • Systems dependency map
  • Performance analysis
  • Backup and continuity review
  • Maintenance and access assessment
  • Report and modernization plan

Inventory with connections

A list of devices is not enough if you don't know which applications depend on them. We collect data about servers, network, cloud services, accounts and maintenance. We determine the owners of resources and the availability of documentation. This picture helps you see dependencies that may hinder modernization or take longer to resolve failures.

Performance proven in the context of work

We analyze resource usage and problems reported by users. The bottleneck may be related to disk, memory, network, or application configuration. It is worth linking the measurements to the hours and type of load. This allows recommendations to pinpoint the cause, rather than reducing each slower operation to the need for a more powerful server.

Business continuity and recovery

We check how the environment is prepared for failure, loss of access and data corruption. The scope may include backup, emergency power, redundancy and recovery documentation. We verify the availability of copies and responsibility for their control. It is important to distinguish a function declared in the configuration from a scenario actually tested in practice.

Order of access and software

The review may include administrative accounts, user permissions, and how licenses are managed. We determine whether changes in employment and roles are reflected in the systems. We also check the support status of devices and applications. Elements excluded from updating or without documentation should be included in the plan for further maintenance and modernization.

A map of changes instead of just an assessment

The report organizes the findings according to their importance to the company. We indicate urgent actions, preparatory works and possible expansion stages. Where additional measurements are needed, we describe their scope. Thanks to this, the document can be used to talk about the budget and the sequence of projects, and not remain only a technical summary without a next step.

FROM NEED TO SOLUTION

What might such a project look like?

Before moving your application to the cloud, it's worth checking servers, data flows and network dependencies. The sample audit highlights what can be moved together, which systems need updating, and how to ensure user access. The result becomes the basis for the migration schedule and cost plan.

TRANSPARENT COOPERATION

You know what we do.
And what will be the next step.

01

We get to know the environment

We collect requirements, dependencies and limitations. We determine the goal and data needed to prepare the scope of work.

02

We implement and check

We prepare a solution according to the agreed plan. Tests confirm that the scenarios needed by users work.

03

We transmit and maintain

We document the findings and results of work. We can plan further administration, support and development of the environment.

Let's prepare a good action plan.

The “Asset Inventory” scope and the “Systems Dependency Map” area are worth assessing together with your current systems. A common list of dependencies helps indicate needed accesses, contact persons and activities that require prior preparation.

For "Performance Analysis" tasks, we determine what data and resources are needed for testing. Acceptance scenarios should correspond to users' daily work and indicate how to recognize the correct result.

The "Backup and continuity review" area requires agreement on responsibility and the method of introducing changes. If the project combines several teams or suppliers, we describe the boundaries of their tasks and how information about the problem is communicated.

In the “Maintenance and access assessment” section, knowledge transfer is also important. Documents and arrangements should remain available to authorized persons so that subsequent handling does not depend solely on the memory of the implementation participants.

Before starting work, we will determine the purpose of the project and the most important dependencies. The following will be useful: a list of systems used and examples of situations requiring improvement. With this information, it will be easier for us to prepare a plan that meets the needs of your team.

ANSWERS BEFORE STARTING WORK

Questions about cooperation.

Does the audit require systems to be shut down?

Much information can be collected during normal operation. Activities that may affect availability are planned separately and agreed with the service owner.

Does the audit cover licenses?

Review of software and licensing documentation may be part of the scope. Before work, we determine the necessary data and the level of detail.

Will you also make the recommended changes?

We can prepare a separate implementation plan. First, we communicate the arrangements and priorities so that the company can consciously choose its next actions.
